I don’t know if it’s because of pre-production. This Mingji Grilled Fish in Ansheng, Development Zone, is located on the fifth floor of Ansheng, next to Yipin Chengji and Yahui Food. It is easy to find. If you come in from the main entrance, you can find it by looking up at the fifth floor. The decoration inside the store is very new, and some slogans are also interesting. It should be quite in line with the tastes of contemporary young people. There are also many people in the store at noon, and it is quite lively. Four people ordered a Lingbo fish set meal for 4-5 people, which included a grilled basa fish (choose one of seven flavors), six side dishes, two small cold dishes, four skewers of lamb, four bowls of rice and a large bucket of drinks. It was enough for four people with normal appetite, but not enough for five people. The grilled fish was selected with garlic flavor, which tasted average, lacked garlic flavor, and was a bit too sweet and not fragrant. My friend who came with me said that it might be the problem with the basa fish, which was not easy to taste. I feel that even if it tasted, I would not like the taste too much. The lamb skewers tasted good, and the feeling was not much different from that of the year. Two small cold dishes, preserved egg tofu and old vinegar were all good, plus points. Especially the preserved egg tofu was added with a layer of wood fish flower, which made the taste more layered and well received. The biggest surprise was this lemon Yakult domineering bucket, which was large enough, cold enough, and tasted unexpectedly good and very refreshing. The rice crust and melon seeds provided by the condiment table were also delicious. The waiter has a good attitude and warm service, five stars. The whole dining experience, except for the garlic grilled fish, is not very good, but the rest is pretty good, which is a bit embarrassing.
