Flying Fish

We went there to eat on the first day we arrived. We ordered a glass of freshly squeezed mango juice and a large portion of flying fish. The portion was OK for two people, just right, and the taste was OK, fried fish sticks with French fries. You can listen to music while eating and enjoy the sea view, which is very nice.

Flying fish | The restaurant is located inside the Sheraton Hotel on Denarau Island, and focuses on a fine dining experience with innovative flavors. A large amount of seafood is used as raw material, and the dining environment is close to the beach and the sea. There is a beautiful sunset accompanying the dining, which is very island-style. The vodka-marinated salmon is paired with fennel mayonnaise, which is sweet and sour and delicate; the pork tuna is paired with black pepper sauce with a unique sweet and sour taste of grapefruit; the senbei with the aroma of black truffles is plump; the yellowfin tuna fillet is fried to perfection and still has a pink color; the lamb is stewed and crispy, and the classic dish is reproduced with vegetable puree! The final Italian panna cotta is cool, and I love the sea salt caramel ice cream that goes with it! The quality and level of flying fish food are unexpected, and it’s not too much to splurge on a rare change of taste~

The environment is very good in the Sheraton Hotel, by the beach and the swimming pool, but they only serve Western food. The oil curry rice is delicious and tastes quite authentic. The people here in Fiji are more casual, so you can imagine how slow the food is served, so you need to be patient.

A very popular restaurant in the center of a big city. There are many people visiting here, so they are famous. They have their own characteristics and new needles. I like it very much.

The dishes here are very unique and creative, combining flavors from all over the world with fresh seafood. They are absolutely delicious and I love them.
