A very popular Japanese restaurant in the local area. The ingredients are very fresh, especially the sashimi, which are all thickly cut and sweet. My favorites are salmon and sea urchin! If the sea urchin is not fresh, it will be very fishy. The one here is absolutely fresh and sweet, and it melts in your mouth.

Although it is just a small local restaurant in Kiev, if it weren&#39;t for the obvious sign, I would have thought it was just an ordinary family restaurant. However, the presentation of the food here really amazed me. The most important thing is that the taste is also very good, and the price is moderate, so it is suitable for frequent visits.

You can order your own dishes, and the food is impeccable. The Tomahawk steak is expensive at over 1,000 yuan per serving, but it is enough for five people, so it is OK on average. What I like most is the Spanish ham salad and the cookedness of the steak, which is not greasy or dry, and has a perfect taste. The more people you have, the cheaper it is.

While retaining the signature dishes, the menu has surprises. The former is dark industrial style decoration, the metal oven burns walnut, the long time slow fire smoke, releases the aroma and firmly locks the gravy, does not live up to any piece of meat. For 4 hours, smoked pork, lean meat is full of fat fat, and a crunchy mouthful is like crispy skin roasted meat. BBQ sauce mixed with mustard sauce, heavy taste is just the wine.
