Excellent restaurant with brilliant staff and a lovely atmosphere. The quality of the food is excellent and provides a near unique experience with its innovative menu.

The food was incredible - the duck was the best I’ve ever had! Service was great, and we were impressed that the chef went to each table to check if everything was okay.

A Cave is a real find - family operated and patronized by locals. It’s very unassuming from the street - you’ll walk one flight down to the restaurant and enter a nice dining area. The wait staff was great and spoke English - a big plus for us. We started with the charcuterie board and followed with tuna and octopus - all were excellent. Our waiter was very knowledgeable about the local wines and paired our dishes nicely. I would recommend you consider A Cave if you want to experience a lunch/dinner away from the tourist areas while visiting Fatima.

This restaurant is a must visit, when you are in Fatima!Great service and such a welcoming and attentive team will leave nothing to be desired. The chef owner came out to give us a wine recommendation and I love his passion for the local (and absolutely fantastic) wine! The food itself was a delight and you would find yourself hard pressed to find this kind of quality for such reasonable prices. Seasoning was spot on and the dishes were cooked with great care. Thank you for this great experience and I will definitely drop by again!
