We were welcomed. The staff are young and vital. The order was fast and the service was without delay despite a full room. We had a concern about the composition of a dish ( goat crusts replaced by guacamole crusts as supply problem, but no oral warning or on the map). The chief came to our complaint without waiting, and made us a apology, and immediately proposed to replace the dish. At the end of the meal, he offered us the dish and had prepared a doggy bag with small crusts that were not yet on the map, story that give us a front taste of what they were going to do soon. We have found a way to make a very sympathetic and commercial. We will soon come back to dinner in this establishment.
