We had dinner, taking just the three course menu, with a Spanish white wine for my wife and an Italian barbera d'Asti for me.They started with a couple of appetizers, including some fresh bread with an excellent Spanish olive oil, spicy/sharp rather than soft. Really very good.First course was sliced tuna with apple and a very fresh sauce. Light and very a propos for a warm summer evening. Main course was beef from Zeeland with grated white truffle, and although we eat very little meat, I confess that this was excellent meat, prepared perfectly. Dessert was strawberries, again from Zeeland, with a yoghurt and sherbet sauce. The whole meal was fresh and perfect for the season.Service by owners and the waitresses was friendly and efficient. In sum, a good meal. Not really cheap, but at least you got something for your money!
