Asador Medieval

We had a fantastic experience at El Asador Medieval de Sigüenza. The atmosphere is cozy and transports you to another era, with decor that respects the historic charm of the place. The food was excellent: cooked to perfection, authentic flavors, and the migas (breadcrumbs), just right. But what really makes the difference is the service of the staff, which was impeccable from the very first moment. Friendly, attentive, and always smiling, they made us feel right at home. Definitely a place to return to and recommend.

A charming restaurant with friendly and approachable staff, and top-notch food. We ordered the menu and got it right 100%, and they even let us have some advice on dessert.

As on other occasions, the service was exceptional, the dishes were quality and the cooking was excellent, and they were very attentive to all requests. Without a doubt, a must-visit in the area.

We ate very well, some from the set menu and others a la carte, and everything was very good. The food was very well prepared and well seasoned. Bravo for the choice on a complicated day like Holy Week, but bravo! We left happy with this find.

It's strange waiting outside until the 3:30 pm shift... but then the food and service are excellent, despite being full. It's definitely 100% recommended. Congratulations to the whole team.
