Tasting menus are always good choices, and they didn&#39;t disappoint. Each dish is revolved around different themes: Ankang fish, red bisaurus shrimp, yak, dragonfly leaves, marble salmon (awesome!), grapes, oil-backed shrimp, clams, Kobe beef, mushrooms, coconut, and finally lotus. If you want to try the new wave of Vietnamese cuisine, it is well worth a visit.

品尝菜单总是不错的选择，而且他们没有让人失望。每道菜都围绕着不同的主题：安康鱼、红比绍虾、鞑靼牛肉、龙牙叶、大理石鳗鱼（太棒了！）、葡萄、油背虾、鹌鹑、神户牛肉、蘑菇、椰子，最后是莲花。如果想尝试越南美食的新浪潮，那么非常值得一游。

Each course was themed around a different theme: monkfish, red bisque shrimp, beef tartare, amaranth, marbled eel (amazing!), grapes, oilback shrimp, quail, wagyu beef, mushrooms, coconut and finally lotus.
