On the first day in Hanoi, the hotel staff recommended us to eat at this restaurant. They only have beef, no wonder the hotel staff asked us if we wanted beef. We chose well-done, and then ordered another serving of fried dough sticks. The noodles cost 60K, and the fried dough sticks seemed to be 10. The taste was good, the soup base was delicious, and it tasted different when soaked with fried dough sticks. The amount of beef was quite sufficient, but I felt a little bit overwhelmed at the end, and later I thought it might be better to order a mixture of half well-done and half medium-done. There was only lemon on the table, no one-pot dish. I added a lot of lemon, I liked the taste. The sliced ​​chili was super spicy. I brought my baby in the stroller, and the waiter specially arranged a corner seat for me and carefully turned off the fan. Someone who wanted to sit over immediately said that there was a baby, and he was reassigned a seat.

Please don't ask for the environment or service when eating here, because the food has already taken away all your attention. The sweetness of the soup, the harmony of the noodles, and the texture of the meat occupy all your senses. In the end, I wanted to have a second bowl.

I ordered one portion of well-done and one portion of medium-done beef. I met a lovely local who was very enthusiastic about guiding me. I added lime, garlic vinegar and chili to make it taste even better. The soup was very sour and the rice noodles tasted very good.

The fried dough sticks are a bit hard, if it is fried, it will be more perfect.

The Pho 10 is on the same road as the Church of St. Joseph, and the signboard is very conspicuous orange. Although the store is small and the location is relatively remote, there are many guests. The store uses an open kitchen, where guests can see the operation of the kitchen and the cooking of the chef. So the quality of hygiene is guaranteed. The soup head is mainly made with beef bones, no MSG, fresh and sweet. The rice noodles in the store are mainly light taste, you can choose semi-ripe or fully cooked beef, the pho is smooth and tastes good.

Vietnam powder is famous, this pho 10 we went by mistake, when we went, I felt that the store decoration was OK, it looked very clean, of course, the product was good, after all, Vietnamese powder is really delicious!
