We had dinner here during summer season. Just a few tables. Tonight there was a mix of families, couples, friends, and solo traveller dining there.Food was beautifully presented. Tastes just as beautifully. Our bill for 2 set menus, 1 aperitif, 1 bottle was about $130 Euros.

Excellent food, excellent plating, reasonable pricing, the service was just a little bit too slow , other than that everything was spot on!

Unfortunately the restaurant did not fulfilled the expectations. The atmosphere was stiff with some young and quite absent waiters. The food, that tends to respect the local producers, was correct but not to give you that feeling “I want to come back”. The appetizer itself overcooked and mushy (endives with Beaufort cheese”). No recommandation or explanation on the menu and the products, no guidance for the wine list.Nice presentation of the cheese cave though.

Not the experience we were looking for when we booked. 11 degrees outside and the main door was kept open the whole time - a cold place to have dinner. The room is generic and not comfortable. But let’s talk about the food - an entree of local cheese and tomatoes, quite unusual for “mountain cuisine”. Low temperature pork was uneven, with over cooked parts not tender at all. Chives were everywhere - literally, on every meal. The vegetarian main dish had no flavour at all, with different iterations of the same veggie, carrots in this particular case. We clearly saw other tables adding salt to their meals.. in the end, we went to this place because of the Michelin guide. In our opinion, it shouldn’t be there at all. Lots of improvements needed on the kitchen side - on the other hand, staff is very friendly. This review doesn’t want to sound rude or mean, it was just a terrible personal experience.

Very good value for money. Pleasant setting. Attentive and responsive staff. We had a great evening.
