The restaurant is located in Sheraton Saigon Hotel | 88 Dong Khoi Street, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam when I come to Ho Chi Minh City. I usually choose to eat authentic dishes and rarely have dinner in the hotel restaurant. It was too late to finish work and it was raining heavily outside, so I rushed to close the restaurant. At that time, there were no other diners in the restaurant, and the waiter arranged a seat by the window for me, and it felt like a package. Because it was close to ten o&#39;clock in the evening, I didn&#39;t plan to eat too much, so I ordered the roasted American chicken thighs with asparagus at will. The portion of chicken is not large, just right for me. Because there was no expectation, I was very surprised after eating the first bite. The chicken skin was crispy, the meat was fresh and tender, and the taste was just right. Seeing the slight knowledge, I can imagine that other dishes will be quite good. I thought that the tired chef would be late to get off work, the dishes would be sloppy, I didn&#39;t expect a small piece of chicken to be cooked so carefully. I will come back if I have the opportunity.

The store offers a large selection of TWG teas and a variety of exquisite and delicious cakes, especially the big raspberry cheese cake, and the carrot cake is the store&rsquo;s signature dessert.

The price is acceptable, about 750,000 VND. Tax and service charges are not included. The actual price is still mainly when you order. Their seafood is mainly roasted with fire, steamed, lobster, crab, and big head shrimp are not bad. In addition to seafood, other gourmet snacks are also good.
