#当地才能吃到的美食  初次尝试是在两年前了，当时由于赶车，起大早过来的。 淮安的面很有名，这家店当时正好在附近。营业时间很早，早晨六点半已经开始了。浇头种类很多，要的肚丝加拆骨肉双拼，面条非常劲道，但还有别于兰州拉面那种，汤头很鲜美，但略咸。肚丝很棒，拆骨肉一般，有点柴，里面胡椒也没少放，淮扬菜都喜欢放胡椒么？下次过来再试试其他浇头。2022年9月1日 两年半后再次光顾，这次竟然没怎么放胡椒[捂脸]味道也更清单了些，不过依然不错[加油]。面条要优于风云面馆，韧性更足（个人喜好）。但浇头卖相确实不如风云，时蔬的选择和色泽搭配差一些[笑哭]

The noodles are better than Fengyun Noodle House, and they are more chewy (personal preference). But the appearance of the toppings is indeed not as good as Fengyun, and the choice and color matching of seasonal vegetables are a little worse [laughing and crying]
