The staff was the best part. It was a difficult day and we reserved last minute so ee understand that some things were not available.

The spring menu debuts, a fast-food menu on a Friday at Dolores. Varied and seasonally appropriate starters, followed by unbeatable main courses and delicious desserts. The waiters' commendable service is noteworthy.

The food, as always, was exquisite and the service, despite being much busier than usual, was never lacking.

Awesome service, quality products and generous portions. Everything is very clean, service is great and fast. Easy parking. A real pleasure.

A wonderful service and an absolutely delicious summer menu, where you can choose between several first, second and dessert dishes. I'm looking forward to them changing to the autumn menu to see what they surprise us with.
