It&#39;s really a small shop with a small front, but it&#39;s actually a big coffee shop inside.
Drip coffee is divided into batch brew and hand brew. The former is brewed by machine, and the latter is twice as expensive. The drip coffee uses beans from Prolog in Copenhagen, and the Ino is roasted in-house. The machine-brewed drip coffee is very good, and I had another cup after drinking it.
This shop also has Piccolo, which the shop girl said is actually Cortado... As a &quot;hundred thousand whys&quot;, I checked it out again. Cortado uses warm milk, and Piccolo uses milk foam (steam milk)...
I bought Ino beans from this shop and went back to drink them slowly, la la la.
The shop also sells beans roasted by April in Copenhagen and Five Elephant beans, which are considered to be extremely sour...
