I can't feel any local characteristics, and they don't stand out in the familiar flavors. I tasted two red wines made from local Turkish grapes. They were average. One was thin and the other had heavier tannins. The waiters in Istanbul speak English with a heavy accent, but they are very fluent, so it is difficult to understand. Even if you ask him again, he will not slow down. Fortunately, the scenery is very good. People who eat there are either tourists or dates or parties. It's okay to go there for the scenery, but again, if you just go to see the scenery, there is a trick to take the elevator to the top floor and then walk up the stairs to the open-air bar on the first floor. You can have a drink and take pictures.
