Basilika Kitchen & Bar - lunchbuffé i Jönköping

The environment design of the restaurant is very elegant. Although their prices are not cheap, they are definitely worth the money. It is really not easy to find such a good place nowadays, and the service attitude is really touching.

Be aware that they charge for tap water, which restaurants in Sweden don’t do. They didn’t want to apply the 20% discount from the fork until I ask for the reclamation form.

The price at thefork is for takeout, the price to eat on site is at least 200kr. Quite dark inside. Large portions and you could make everything into a child's portion, which was enough for me.

There were four of us who opted for the Mongolian buffet. Fine ingredients & good spice blends to choose from. We also had access to the afterwork buffet, as well as the sushi & ice cream buffet. Everyone was full & happy. The only downside: the fried banana was cold, maybe the gas was out?

Too many people and the food was not replenished as quickly as needed. But the food was of good quality and the staff was friendly.
