Kokurasyoan

Almost all the ingredients in the restaurant are from Kyushu. In order to distinguish it from Edomae sushi, the general Amano Isao likes to call his restaurant &quot;Kyushu-mae&quot;. In the making of sushi, this restaurant also has some methods that are different from Edomae sushi, such as applying powdered soy sauce on horse mackerel instead of the liquid soy sauce commonly used in Edomae sushi, which is very interesting.
