Amazing food for a  good price. The restaurant is at the front of the hotel just as you walk in  and I wasn&rsquo;t as impressed by the decor and ambiance as I was by the food. Not sure why I was expecting tablecloths but the seeming casualness of the restaurant was at odds with the exceptional and excitingly combined food. Service from the two ladies was charming and friendly. Looking forward to my next visit!

Fresh, quality produce cooked with taste. The service is impeccable and the environment, with a terrace at the back of the restaurant, is very pleasant. A must-do.

Excellent experience overall. Really tasty Fresh food with a real savoir-faire. Traditional and unique (exquisite) dishes from the Japanese as well as the Nikkei cuisines. Service was fast and highly professional. We Tasted a delicious colorful poke bowl, an all-heights savory maki plate, and a colorful succulent tiradito along with a Peruvian coffee.&hellip; had a nice chat with the Brazilian manager. Definitely a must-eat place out on the patio or up for delivery. Not to be missed! Hurry! as it just opened and the word-of-mouth is likely to spread fast.

This is the third time I ate at Pierre Gagnaire, in Bordeaux that night. I ended up not enjoying the meal. The dishes were okay, but probably because I had eaten at Pierre in the old Mandarin Oriental in Hong Kong, the classic menu was a retrospective of the grandfather. I felt that the dishes and tastes were familiar that night, and there was no surprise. Unexpectedly, the service was immature and the noise was so loud that it was a bit disturbing. The artistic creation of the plates and decoration also seemed deliberate, which somewhat affected my appetite. Alas...
