The authentic &quot;yi&quot; national cuisine that can also be eaten in Singapore is located in the lobby of the Michael Hotel in Sentosa, Singapore. We ordered a set menu with six dishes, from the head plate to dessert, each dish can eat a rich layer at the entrance, and the plate is very particular. The fish mousse is paired with lemon cream, and the taste is dense and refreshing. The mushroom cappuccino is a small cup but the taste is rich. The main course grilled salmon, with the special sauce of the liwo, combines the deep sea with the land, and is tender and juicy.
