On the first floor of the building opposite to Information in the town, the environment is good and you can spend time there leisurely. The soup dumplings are a selling point, but the taste is actually average, the black and white ones are not much different. I suggest you don't order more. The beef soup is good, the coffee is average. The price is very affordable

This restaurant is OK, the food is old school Soviet style, a bit crude but tastes OK.
