Egg Break

We waited quite a considerable amount before the food arrived. We ordered the french toast which was cold, very stodgy and frankly below expectations. We won’t be hurrying back here again.

The food is great however, we are in a pandemic and the staff does not wear masks and they come close to you. If they don’t wear masks im sure the cooks don’t as well and it is quite worrying. During this period we need to be at ease hygiene wise where we choose to go and honestly i felt worried... please focus more on hygiene!

A coffee shop that mainly serves egg dishes. There was already a long line when I arrived at the store around 11 o'clock on weekends. The small restaurant has a group of loyal fans. The waiting time for the food is still a bit long, but I forgave it the moment I ate it because it was so worth it! From tableware to plating, each one is very pleasing to the eye and the product is also first-class~ The waiter is very polite and cute! He also gave us orange juice at the beginning. The service was very considerate throughout the meal~ Sweet potato rosti w/ goat’s cheese｜I personally look forward to and like it the most. Sweet potato, goat cheese, Greek yogurt, kale, the ingredients are all what I like, and the combination is also full of creativity. The sweet potato is cut into thin strips and tastes crispy. A piece of goat cheese is slightly heated, and the rich salty flavor is completely stimulated. On the top is a perfect poached egg. The best part is that some pomegranate particles are dotted around it, which neutralizes the greasy taste. Mexican omelette w/ avocado｜The omelette is very soft and tender. It is paired with avocado puree, some chopped tomatoes and onions, and the Queso fresco Mexican soft cheese cubes are rich in flavor. Served with two pieces of sourdough bread and butter. The overall taste is relatively light compared to the first one, and it feels very healthy. Charred pink grapefruit w/ lemon yogurt｜When I saw this on the menu, I had unlimited imagination. I was really curious about what these things would taste like together. Half a portion of grilled grapefruit was drizzled with lemon-flavored Greek yogurt and sprinkled with some honey-flavored pistachio chopped nuts. A spoonful of grapefruit juice mixed with yogurt has a rich taste, but I don’t know if it’s because of the grilling, the grapefruit is a bit too sour and slightly bitter. The yogurt itself is delicious!

I chose the thick beef truffle bomb sandwich without hesitation. Maybe I didn't expect much from this kind of internet celebrity product, but it was actually quite delicious! The thick toast was baked crispy and soft, wrapped with tender scrambled eggs and beef, and there was also dense truffle mashed potatoes underneath, and the sauce was rich and salty. You can buy one to try if you pass by. Say goodbye to the strawberry season of pb with strawberry cream pie!
