H&G - Coffee Lounge Lucca

Stunning place a little bit hidden so not too noisy, incredible cocktails, great menu.Professional, but in the same time friendly service. I'm just wondering why didn't I know this local beforeHope to come and visit you again!

Perfect lunch at a lovely Restaruant... unexpected. Staff were lovely and the food was an excellent.

Waiters talking to each other but not very attentive to customers. Coffee very good. Wife ordered bacon and eggs, but they forgot the bacon. I ordered eggs (plural) Benedict, but they only make it with ONE egg. Waiters delivered food and never came back to us to ask if everything is OK. I would not recommend this place unless you just want the lounge vibe of sipping coffee with hipsters.

In short, not worth the money. Being charged sit-down prices for a caffe macchiato (2.50 Euro) is fair but having to pay a 2 Euro cover charge on top of that when only going for brunch is, in my opinion, excessive. The decor is quirky and comfortable, something a little different for Lucca. The service was friendly but nothing special. The portion of pancakes was a good size but they were burned. Generally, a disappointing experience. We had hoped this could be a regular haunt for us when not wanting the standard fare, but alas, we won't be back.

The space is beautiful and the service was great!
