It is really not spicy. Don't worry. The pepper is sweet and is fried after being dried. The beef is also super tender. It is the signature of this restaurant; spring water over spring water over bridge tofu, dry pot organic cauliflower, wild flower mushroom fried cabbage, these are not spicy, and cabbage is also a green leafy vegetable on Mount Lu.
