In terms of dishes, the signature fried firecrackers are actually shorter handmade noodles similar to pulled noodles, stir-fried with seasonal vegetables and yak beef, the meat, noodles, vegetables are fragrant, and the taste is good [strong]; braised beef noodles add some tomatoes compared to the traditional method, which is different and not bad; Figures 1-5 are cold beef, you can order half a catty, the portion is very generous, the method is really beyond my expectation, the seasoning is salty, spicy and slightly sour, you can try it if you like this flavor, in fact, I originally wanted to eat the original flavor [laughing and crying]
