This is definitely the best restaurant in Manta, bar none. Its opening hours are very good, it is open continuously from noon to night, so you don't have to worry about it being closed when you go. I recommend three dishes, seafood platter, Angus eye steak, foie gras with caramelized tuna; you must try the seafood, it is very fresh, the Ecuadorian white shrimp is great, and the dessert is not recommended; VAT and service charges are calculated in addition to the menu price, don't think you are overcharged when you check out
