Bois tordu

Fabulous food; tasty, interesting and great value. Great service too! We sat on the terrace which quickly filled around us!We had curried aubergine with a fondant to start. It was new for me, and utterly delicious. Main was a herby battered chicken with couscous and a side of roasted vegetable. Chicken was amazing, slightly crunchy on the outside but moist on the inside. Desert was chocolate mousse (we could have had a fruit mousse alternative or cheese). We had coffees and a glass of house wine. Now we’ve found this place, it will def be a regular.

We went for the set lunch and it absolutely delicious. Quiche followed by duck. All the staff were very accommodating particularly as we wanted our meat well cooked. The total bill for 4 of us was only €66 euros AND we had 2 extra glasses of wine. A real find. We will certainly recommend and visit again. Thanks so much Bois Tordu

Another visit this time to this lovely restaurant, this time for my husbands birthday. Lunch was excellent as usual. My husband loves all things chocolate which was not featured on this particular menu. However, I asked at the time of booking if a chocolate dessert would be possible as a surprise. Chef produced a delicious chocolate noisette gateaux complete with candle. Nothing is too much trouble for this team. We will return.

This is our second visit to this lovely restaurant . We were just as pleased as the first time. Excellent service and delightful tastes. We will be back .

Visited for lunch on 31/05/22 with husband, daughter and granddaughter. Choice was limited but the food was delicious and reasonably priced @ 15 euros each for 3 courses inc a glass of wine. All plates were cleared and I am so pleased I went, I will certainly return to enjoy another menu.
