Who knew this unassuming store front would have such a lovely restaurant underneath. Food was excellent. Homemade pasta, tender beef and great wine selection. Would definitely recommend.

We live part of each year in Monte San Savino and have dined @ L' Altruista from the first days. It maintains its high quality and lovely ambience. The staff is welcoming and helpful although the service was a bit less smooth than normal - but not a big deal. The food came right on time. So glad to be able to dine out in Italy again and especially at this restaurant - we highly recommend it!
