Very nice! I will return.Good food but it could be cozier with the lights dimmed a bit. I don't understand why italian restaurants have to have all lights on full blast.

My family and I were very satisfied, not only for the welcome, but above all for the dishes tasted, very special never tried the delicacies that they prepared with great skill. We will definitely return.

New and unusual culinary solutions. In the appetizers, the fish salami, just to name one. New flavors that, although excellent, seemed to hide the true flavor of the fish. I was instead ecstatic about the first courses (smoked spaghetti and ravioli, in this case). We will definitely return to try the second courses that we did not take this time. In any case, the quality of the raw materials is unquestionable.

A jewel. There is little else to say. It would stand at the highest levels wherever it was, finding it in the middle of Sabina only increases all of this. Unmissable

The second time we come to this restaurant and we were satisfied as we remembered. Excellent food and preparation of the dishes, absolutely to try the largest tasting menu, a real experience. The first courses are delicious, as for dessert the mojito sphere really made us dream, the chef does not make a mistake. The service is very professional, Michela is very good at explaining dishes and wines. A place with a location immersed in the Sabina nature where those who take care of it are perceived to do it with extreme passion.
