It was my first dinner at a Michelin-starred restaurant. And it was fantastic. The restaurant is located in a closed private area, the territory is very beautiful, green, with a small garden. The only caveat is mosquitoes, otherwise everything is excellent. They met very well, everything was delicious, and in the end they gave a nice present madeleine's cookies from their own pastry shop. I recommend it!

phenomenal garden oasis in an unassuming suburban environment. the ambiance was lovely, the floor staff were warm and attentive (even to non-french speaking americans on our first michelin experience), and the kitchen was on point. as a high end american chef with 40yrs experience in fine french cuisine, the food was exceptional. from amuse bouche through the cheese service, everything was balanced, perfectly seasoned and spot on. nothing was overworked or heavy handed. chef seemed to be working within a very comfortable wheelhouse, not trying beyond his means to impress. the tasting menu looked lovely but we went a la carte. there were three of us and we had one of everything, full cheese and coffee service, bubbles, a damn fine côté du rhone, and nice japanese whiskeys just because we could, all for 515 euros. with exchange rate and an unnecessary, but well deserved tip, we got 4hrs of awesome for 200$/hd. can’t even scratch that experience for the money in the states. wouldn’t doubt it if this house is awarded a second star sometime soon.
A delicious lunch with friends in a beautiful restaurant, loved the food, service was excellent and they also had very good wine. Highly recommend Villa 9 Trois if you want a special memorable meal.
Very beautiful place, fine and excellent dishes., professional and attentive staff. Just a small downside on the veal, with artichoke and black olive emulsion. Too few vegetables. Half a quarter of artichoke beef. In short, the equivalent of a teaspoon left us a little hungry. We felt a bit of a need to order a cheese platter (20 euros for a plate of 4 pieces!) to make up for it. Otherwise, a great atmosphere. Thanks again to the team
A little disappointed today because I didn't know that the tasting menu ended at 12:45. I had made an appointment for 1:30 p.m., even the hors d'oeuvres weren't there, but hey... It's just a detail.
