Today I tried some amazing Bicolano food and I have to say, it was absolutely delicious! The flavors were so unique and vibrant, I couldn't get enough.One dish that really stood out to me was the Bicol Express, which is a spicy stew made with pork, coconut milk, and lots of chilies. I also tried something called Laing, which is made with taro leaves and coconut milk, and it was equally delicious.And to top it off, I tried chili ice cream for the first time and it was surprisingly delicious! The combination of sweet, creaminess and spicy was just perfect.
