This time I want to call FIN SUSHI. Unlike many Japanese restaurants that mainly promote salmon, FIN SUSHI mainly promotes tuna. Tuna sashimi, tuna rolls, and marinated tuna slices are all signature dishes in the restaurant.
The tuna sashimi is as thick as an index finger, with a thick and full taste and plump fish fat, which is not worse than salmon at all. The marinated tuna slices are also very delicious.
