Thar Indian

The butter chicken was absolutely delicious as was the garlic naan and house red! Portions were more than sufficient and thoroughly enjoyable. All the staff were very welcoming and pleasant, service was fast and efficient, tables were set nicely and restaurant was inviting. I had booked for an early dinner as was on the way home from an afternoon theatre performance so was the first person to arrive but, as I finished, I noticed that Thar was filling very quickly indeed and I left with the impression I had discovered a local gem! I’ll definitely be back for another visit

Lovely relaxing restaurant with sensational Indian food. Really delicious curries and naans. Only feedback is that the kulfi serving size was too small for the price.
