We went for the ten-course Sicilian tasting menu with paired wines. The food was outstanding: each dish beautifully prepared and presented, well balanced in terms of quantity, and cooked to perfection. The seared swordfish steak, for example, was so tender that it almost melted in the mouth. The wine was rather disappointing. There were five very small glasses (more like tasting measures) of wine to go with nine courses. The first two wines went quite well with the dishes they were supposed to accompany. The red wine was supposed to last us for two courses but didn’t, with the result that we had no wine at all to go with the meat course. Service was good but with a couple of shortcomings: a food allergy that had been mentioned when we made the reservation and when we ordered was not initially taken into account, and the snacks that were supposed to accompany our aperitif arrived after we had finished our aperitif. All in all this place has great potential but needs a bit of polish in the front of house.

Lunch with my wife. We took the classic taste of the Scudiero and I have to say it was all very good. Higher level service. The quality of the dishes is the service certainly worth the expense.
We chose the menu 'Domingo at Lo Scudiero' in which the main flows were fully satisfied, especially the parmigiano calamaro and the sweet (yoghurt, mango, pepper and spicy herbs). The whole bread and cheese pizza are also excellent.
It was really a beautiful experience. Unforgettable. I can't see the time to come back to try the other tasting menus. Very fully involved in the senses.
The decoration of this restaurant in a old well-designed kelder was magical and very tasteful. Everything starts with a welcome cocktail with a festive aperitif; carnished and fresh Gillardeau oysters, bears in their dressings served with mandel milk mounted in cappuccino to get their too iode side (a gift), Small salmon toast cut on the moment and served with a small mousse of lawyer, Saint Jacques crues crues hyper fresh in their shell and crue tropical garlic served with a Roman granite. It was just a sticky, a real festive!!! I let you imagine the next ..... the Sicilian chief Daniele Patti is a little wonder that can associate unexpected flavors by allowing each set to keep its unique taste. The hotel was very comfortable and the hotel was very comfortable.
