Harvester Pontypool

Pontypool harvester is always a good place to eat. We were served very quickly by a lovely waitress called Erin and it was her first day and she was so polite and helpful. Food arrived quickly and was deliciousThe restaurant got very busy very quickly but waiting time didn’t seem to be affected. Very good indeed.

Our server was excellent and should be recognised for his excellent customer service. His name was John. Made us feel welcome from the moment we sat down and ensured we were happy with everything

As always great food brilliant service from Stacey on particularly. Shane no chicken strips but no big deal. New dirty bird burger was amazing.

Excellent service great food and relaxed. As a regular attender we are always welcomed with great service and a smile.

It must be ten years since I have visited a Harvester. I wasn't disappointed with the food we all had a good meal. However, there seemed some confusion and disorganisation with the staff. They were helpful and polite but totally run ragged. Apparently, no barman working so they were having to sort meals and drinks at the same time. Somewhat disorganised but polite and helpful. There was obviously a shift change and the new shift were not happy being left with chaos to sort out. Having said all that they did their best and we would go again.
