Everything truly excellent. Delightful to find in Pozuelo a restaurant on par with the best of downtown Madrid.

Very disappointing for a Michelan restaurant. The chair cushions are stained and dirty. The lights and noise level make you feel like you are in a cafeteria. The only option for a private ambience is two tables that are directly in front of the bathroom door and next to the kitchen door. The food (we had two versions of bacalao and an adulteration of ceviche) presented well but lacked in originality and flavor. The tiramisu had a good flavor but the texture was like yogurt and was served in a yogurt cup. The staff were friendly and attentive. For a Michelan restaurant, the prices were fair.

Discovering this restaurant in Pozuelo de Alarcón was a pleasant surprise. Good food. Good quality. Good atmosphere. Good service. Highly recommended.

It was our first visit, and it certainly won't be our last. We ate really well, the service was very friendly, and the prices were very reasonable for the quality. Special mention goes to the wine list, which is very attractively priced.

The raw materials are unbeatable, as are the table settings and service. Perhaps the lighting could be improved; it could be a little warmer.
