A very good menu and deliscious food, very nice surprises with a muse bouche and two little chocolates at the finish. We loved the deer Utamaro and ramen soup. We would definitely eat here again.

We had a brilliant evening at Fvsion. It is probably the best restaurant in Cortina and the menu is interesting and inventive. We all enjoyed it so much that we are returning for our next trip in a few weeks time. Great food and amazing service!

The staff was knowledgeable, service was excellent and although the menu was unique, it offered something for everyone in our 8 person group. Most of us ordered sushi and sides, the amberjack was an attractive presentation and good tasting. Miso potato soup was very good. The restaurant does charge a per person flat fee which I had not encountered previously (not tip).

Lovely little gem off the beaten track in Cortina. A nice break from 10 days of Tyrolean cuisine. We enjoyed the chef’s choice, 50 piece plate. Lots of interesting and different flavours from regular sushi feasts.
