Palmer's Village Cafe is a must go to spot we go to when we visit St Simons. Obviously appreciated by the locals as well. 8:30 AM on a Monday and my wife and I were immediately seated, there was a wait when we left. Staff were perfectly attentive, drinks were never empty. I had eggs, bacon, potatoes, toast, all generous portions. My wife toasted oats pancake, large size with more oats in a pancake than I ever seen. Coffee was excellent. We always look forward to going back.
