We had an amazing meal, every course looked great and tasted even better. The wine pairing suggested worked really well. Lovely restaurant in Saint Remy and we will go back on our next visit.
Excellent tasting menu - the veal tartare, sea bass and lamb were especially good. And, of course, everything was beautifully presented. Fantastic service.
Best meal that we've had in ages. Perfect balance of creativity, technique, and restraint. Cannot recommend more.
Friendly welcome, expert advice. Subtle balances of flavors, often unique. Lovely surprises! Elegant presentations. Impressive wine list. The only downside: the minimalist decor and the somewhat cold atmosphere.
