The staff were very friendly and helpful if a bit unsure, but the food was disappointing to say the least. The club sandwich was unpleasant - stone cold and contained inedible and rather revolting slimy chicken slices which may well have come from a catering pack. At these prices, really? The gambas linguine was ok but served lukewarm. Our first plates arrived after about 40 minutes which is way too long. We had to prompt to get a wine list. Wine list is great by the way but food and service do not match it sorry to say.. Lastly we had to negotiate with several staff to be allowed to take dessert and coffee in the bar which was next door along the corridor (the coffee never arrived) . Again, really? The restaurant room was hot and dark and surely you should be able to move tables in a large hotel without a fuss? Where was the manager? Although there were several staff around we had to carry our own water and glasses through to the bar . We were made to pay up before moving next door (3 metres away!) as though we might have made a run for it! - which kind of summed up the rather disconnected approach to service..

Very nice restaurant, very pleasant terrace shaded by trees. Welcoming and friendly staff. Had a great early afternoon. We will be back.
Another wonderful discovery for lunch during our stay in the Alpilles this Easter weekend. A calm and relaxing atmosphere on the terrace by the pool.
A welcoming and pleasant place. The €42 menu is very satisfying, but if you add water and wine, it's more like €70, which is reasonable for this type of establishment.
Charming restaurant with dedicated and friendly staff. Thank you for the warm welcome; it's truly a pleasure... The dishes are excellent and beautifully presented. We'll be back.
