A gem! Not to be missed... in an authentic natural setting, a breathtaking landscape, this restaurant offers you a warm, simple, but very professional welcome. The cuisine prepared by the owner&#39;s son is of a high standard, excellent dishes from starter to dessert, local dishes from Aubrac, quantities on the plates just right: neither too much nor too little, fast service, with a smile and kind words from the owner, in short, we had an excellent time in this family establishment that I highly recommend.

Stopped by chance and not disappointed. Thanks to the girls for their kindness, I won&#39;t forget the server either. Aligot sausage is so good. I approve.
