Zona Rosa

Second time at this delightful restaurant. This time we started with the great avocado bacon!!! Each had a classic margarita - delicious and rich! We then tried the salmon tacos, and went with the Modelo Espeziales - the tacos were amazing (we would have them again!). The service was delightful as always and we felt very well taken care of. This is our go to Mexican restaurant. Everything on the menu is good so we need to try them all!

There are two Zona Rosa stores in San Jose and Los Gatos. We went to this one in San Jose. The restaurant is located on a certain section of Alameda Street. There are several restaurants connected together, with indoor and outdoor dining. The environment is very good. It is a good area where you can hang out on weekends. Zona Rosa is even more beautiful. The indoor deco is very modern, stylish and artistic, and the outdoor flowers are in full bloom. Like in a European garden. We really couldn't resist the temptation of such a beautiful and beautiful environment. We looked at the menu and thought it was pretty good, so we decided to have dinner at Zona Rosa. This is a Mexican fusion restaurant that innovates on traditional Mexican dishes. There is a very chic bar in the store. I ordered a Hibiscus Margarita (Picture 5). Is it pretty? The taste is fresh and refreshing, very suitable for this summer season. Food ordered: Guacamole+Salsa+Chips 4.5/5 The Mexican restaurant has a must-order counter, and it pairs well with wine. But I still prefer the traditional Mexican Salsa. CARNE ASADA Y HONGOS/Stir-fried Steak with Green Beans and Mushrooms (5/5) I like this dish very much. The vegetables are fresh and perfect, and the beef is delicious and not greasy. salmon taco (4.9/5) Healthy and delicious. Points will be deducted because each taco comes with a large grilled bacon. We just took it away because we don’t like bacon very much. Dessert: BUNUELOS/cinnamon fried pumpkin balls + ice cream 4.9/5 This is a very interesting dessert, not common. The pumpkin balls taste a bit like cake. It is very good when paired with ice cream. This is a fancy Mexican restaurant and a very suitable place for a date.
