fabulous food, lovely welcome. crostillant starter, Rick had pate, a bit gamey. main pigs cheeks and the most amazing burger with figs
The food was superb. The atmosphere was very relaxed; never felt rushed. I especially appreciated that we were made to feel welcome even though we are Americans. Very reasonably priced.
We loved our visit to Auberge Joseph Mellot.The service and knowledge of the staff was amazing and they made us so welcome and appreciated that we made an effort with our language. The food was delicious and every course was beautifully presented and so tasty.A wonderful lunch in a beautiful setting ! Thank you for having us .. We would definitely recommend and revisit when we are next in Sancerre.
This restaurant is beautifully position on the Square in Sancerre. The food and accompanying wine was excellent and good value for money. Very welcoming atmosphere .
