A non-Sanming Fujian Mindong restaurant in Wanda Plaza, with rich dishes, clean environment and good service. Freshly fried oysters, first-water seaweed crab soup, Putian braised noodles, garlic water spinach, basically covering the specialties of Mindong from Ningde to Zhangzhou, the efficiency is quite high. The main dishes have seafood ingredients, which is completely different from the western Fujian cities such as Sanming. The dishes are fresh, the taste is excellent, and the price is relatively fair, it is worth trying.

This restaurant has received a lot of positive reviews online and is on the must-eat list. I came here today to try it. I tried a few of their signature dishes, including the black fish with pickled cabbage and old-style pickled mustard greens. The fish was very tender and had no bones, which was good. I also tried the Buyi Buddha Jumps Over the Wall, which was full of seafood flavor and left a lasting aftertaste!
