The Walrus and the Carpenter

This place is expensive but the food is first class and the service excellent, it’s a memorable experience. When I went at 4 30pm on a Sunday afternoon it was completely packed and really buzzing. I sat at the bar which was interesting to watch everything going on. The kitchen, bar and food preparation areas are more or less open, and the service is very much a team effort.

[Taste] The oysters in this restaurant are super big, so it is the best to use them for frying oysters. The bread inside is used to remove the greasiness. [Environment] The environment is not too good, but it is very clean. [Service] The waiter has a good attitude and is cheerful and talkative.

We sat at the bar and could see the kitchen and had a great time. Oysters were available during happy hour. Kudos to the chefs for the many beautifully presented dishes. Overall a great experience.

This western restaurant is located in the northwest of Ballard Avenue in Seattle. It is a seafood restaurant. Although the restaurant is not in the downtown area, it is still very popular and you often have to wait for a seat. The grilled salmon here tastes very good, and the oysters are also very fresh. There are many flavors and they are all delicious. The service here is good, so the tip ratio is at least 18[%].
