Le Tendance

In the town center, Le Tendance offers a French dining experience. Quality high and prices very reasonable in a bistro with locals. We over ordered with cassole, a warm goat cheese salad, and mussel in white wine sauce and frites and had a slightly chilled lovely Chablis. Only wished we had more of an appetite. Service was gracious and food generous. This was a great start to our French Burgundy travels. Highly recommend!

This is our fourth day in France, and it was our favorite dinner experience by far. Food and drinks were superb: starting with petite charcuterie, smoked salmon plate, 6 escargots, to moules Tendence (I think that’s the name), burger with chèvre, agneau/lamb shank, and desserts - sorbet, Île flottante (meringue in vanilla cream sauce, crème brûlée). Our waiter (name?) was very kind and friendly. He let me practice my French and spoke English with the rest. 😊

If you are looking for a great casual meal, this is the place. Comfortable bistro ambience and the menu has plenty of options to satisfy different appetites. Most important - the food is fantastic! The service was excellent, friendly and knowledgeable. The cassoulet was incredible - the best of French comfort food. Great spot, highly recommend!

Great food, great service and reasonable prices. Moules were excellent. Drinks (cocktails and wine) reasonable and well prepared. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend and return.

The food was excellent and the staff was even nicer.Really appreciated all the suggestions from the staff. The duck with beans was phenomenal.
