This is my favorite thing to eat in Shuozhou! A bowl of it in summer is so refreshing! Yingxian jelly is different from jelly in other places. It is soft, like jelly, but the taste is not smooth. It is sour and spicy, very appetizing! And the jelly here is drunk! Even the soup is eaten up.
