Gallo Nero

Very original dishes with excellent quality of produce. Not a traditional Tuscan restaurant, the latter of which there are plenty. The restaurant nevertheless uses local produce and turns it into very original and tasty dishes. I decided on a wine pairing and was not disappointed about the quality of the wines. The restaurant setting is with lovely furniture of the 70s and the service is excellent. It could do with a bit lesss formal. Overall an excellent experience and definitely worth visiting.

I have eaten in more than 50 Michelin starred restaurants in the last 16 months and this is one of the best meals I have had in Italy. From the service, attention to detail on the table, the delicious food and the great wine pairing made the experience unique. Highly recommended restaurant for any occasion.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Gallo Nero and I must say, it was an exceptional experience. From the moment we entered, Antonio and Kristina, our servers, greeted us with warm smiles and impeccable service. They were attentive, knowledgeable, and made us feel right at home.The true star of the evening, however, was the chef. The food that was presented to us was nothing short of marvelous. Each dish was beautifully plated and bursting with flavor. The chef's creativity and attention to detail were evident in every bite.Not only did the chef create delicious dishes, but they also surprised us with thoughtful presents throughout the meal. It was such a delightful touch that truly made our dining experience one to remember.
