Sorry to say again you fell short of disabled training. Yes a staff member opened up the barrier so the wheelchair didn’t have to go up steps to get to the carvery. But having chosen what we wanted how do you carry 2 plates and push a wheelchair- the barrier had been reclosed. So had to take plates round to our table the long way and then find a staff member to open the barrier so I could get wheelchair out. The chair was up by the far end out of sight so staff when found one didn’t seem to understand why I wanted the barrier open. At least this time when we finished we could leave the way we came in and not sent out the other entrance where there is no dropped kerb - despite telling staff this - who refused to let us out the in way - and yes wheelchair got stuck and customer had to help us.

Must have had more disability training, as spot on now. Thank you for making my friends visit enjoyable. Food as always great, but am sure meat portion is getting smaller!!!!

One of our favourite restaurants. We always leave absolutely stuffed. The food is good quality and very affordable. Much cheaper than other restaurants. This carvery is always busy, it's very popular in our area.

Good food and ambiance. Very welcoming staff with awesome customer service. I highly recommend the place.
