Carluccio's

My friend and I have eaten here 3 times in the last couple of months, drawn back by the 'buy one get one free main course' offer. Each time the staff have been excellent, friendly, helpful and we have thoroughly enjoyed our meal.

I do find with Carluccio's that they are unaware of the correct information for the Fork offers, as are a few other restaurants.

Everything was good but put in a seating area that felt we was sitting on top of each other, and as I booked in advance I was hoping to have seat in window as one stood empty with 2 us time we was there.

We really enjoyed the food but they were not well informed about The Fork menu. Were told at first we couldn't have the set menu until I showed them on my phone. I think you need to keep these larger chains more up to date.

We’ve been to Carluccios Southampton lots of times and we’ll keep coming back. Good food, Good service. Enough said. You should try it. You won’t be disappointed.
