The booking via TheFork worked excellently. The desire for a table on the terrace was also taken into account. As always, the ordered food was fresh cooked and of very good quality. We had 12 snacks and the salad with goat cheese as pre-food. The Queen paste and the kidneys in soup, both with self-made latezles, we had as the main corridor. As always very well cooked, very tasty and also in sufficient quantity. We're happy to come back. The next time we'll order the frogs in advance!
We had decided to book the Park Hostel by passing away from Sparsbach and we were not disappointed. The suckleful truites, the delicious "Coupe de l'Hôtel", the impeccable and pleasant service but also the sweet atmosphere make this place a place to recommend for who would pass in the surroundings.
The quality of the service and the conversation with Nathalie, the patron. Cottage, nothing like a good hotel steak with frites and a remarkably generous and well-savoured green salad (which is a valuable detail because it is rare in our days)
